The Westminster Group Plc. (the “Company”) is pleased to announce that its 2014 Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) will be held at 1030hrs on 25th June 2014 at the company’s Corporate Headquarters, Westminster House, Blacklocks Hill, Banbury, Oxfordshire, OX17 2BS.

Admission:
Shareholders wishing to attend should have with them proof of identity such as a passport or driving licence etc. and if their shares are held in a nominee account they should have a ‘Letter of Representation’ from their bank or broker. Shareholders who hold shares in their own name do not require a ‘Letter of Representation’.
Persons attending on behalf of a shareholder must bring photographic proof of identity and evidence of their appointment to represent that shareholder.
Shareholders are welcome to bring a guest but should notify the Company in advance giving the guest name and details. Guests must also have with them proof of identity. Guests will be permitted entry to the AGM at the absolute discretion of the Company.

To assist with catering and planning for the day shareholders are asked, if possible, to notify the Company of their intention to attend. Notifications may be made as follows:

Refreshments:
Refreshments (tea, coffee and pastries) will be available on arrival before the AGM commences.
The directors also invite shareholders to join them and meet various members of staff for an informal drinks and canapés reception after the meeting (soft drinks will be available for those driving etc.).
General:
Parking is available at the venue. Mobile telephones should be switched off during the AGM. Security checks may be carried out on entry.
After the meeting a tour of the Westminster facilities and demonstrations of various technologies will be provided to interested shareholders, subject to weather conditions.
