Westminster is pleased to announce that its Technology Division has secured an important new contract in Nigeria. The contract secured by Westminster’s exclusive Franchise in Nigeria, Westminster Security Solutions Nigeria Ltd. (WSSN), is to provide a number of advanced screening solutions to secure high value sites throughout Nigeria.
The advanced security solutions being provided by WSSN under the contract have been designed to provide a high level of security at points of entry to detect and prevent explosives, weapons and contraband entering the facilities.
Security threat levels in Nigeria are currently high and there is an urgent need for both major commercial and governmental facilities to implement robust and effective security measures.
WSSN was chosen to provide the security improvements required due to Westminster’s international reputation and experience of protecting national infrastructure and high risk facilities. Westminster will be supplying all equipment and will provide technical assistance to WSSN throughout the implementation of the project.
